The Center’s August Road Trip will be to Ft. Robinson in Crawford, Nebraska. There are just a few spots left so better hurry and sign up.
This road trip is an over-nighter – scheduled for August 21 and August 22.
Cost of lodging is $42 per individual to share a room that has two twin beds, and $80 for a single Queen bed.
You are also responsible for other costs which will include your meals, and any activities in which you chose to participate.
Activities at Ft. Robinson include museum tours, stagecoach rides, horseback rides, jeep tours, etc. Prices range from $3 to $20+.

Ft. Robinson is western Nebraska’s premier State Park, with more than 22,000 acres of exquisite Pine Ridge scenery and compelling old west history.
This historic outpost served from the days of the Indian Wars until after World War II. This was the site of the 1879 Cheyenne Outbreak and the death of famed Sioux Chief Crazy Horse.
Tentatively, the time of leaving for the road trip is scheduled for 9am on Friday, August 21, and returning sometime Saturday evening, August 22. Please be sure to check with the Center prior to August 21 for exact times.
