Wyoming Independent Living, Inc. (WIL) is a registered, private, non-profit agency, “in existence to provide people with severe disabilities the opportunity to secure their highest possible level of personal independence.”
The organization’s Mission Statement is: To create a society where persons with disabilities develop self-reliance and independence in order to participate fully in the communities where they live.
